In 2014 Big Music Fest, one of the largest and most successful independent promotion companies in Canada, presented superstars Aerosmith, to a measurable 7 million dollar economic impact on the Waterloo Region. Combined with the success of 2015 this increased to 13 million over 2 years!
BIG MUSIC FEST STARS
In honour of Gord Downie, Mark Higgins gathered autographs from Bryan Adams, The Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo, The Arkells, Jann Arden, Counting Crows, The Sheepdogs, Sam Roberts Band, Sarah Harmer, Metric, and more than 40 others for a one-of-a-kind auction to benefit the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
The benefit raised $6,700 for the great cause.
